Important Details
A few things to know about monthly website support:
• Monthly support plans are billed upfront.
• Included work time varies by plan: 30 minutes, 1.5 hours, or 3 hours per month.
• Unused hours or minutes do not roll over to the following month.
• Additional work beyond your included monthly time is billed at $35/hour, with approval before proceeding.
• All work is completed using the information, photos, graphics, and product details you provide.
• Requests are completed based on availability and project scheduling.
• Major redesigns, extensive customizations, and services outside your plan may require a separate quote.
• Website platform subscriptions, paid apps, and third-party fees remain the client's responsibility.
• Monthly support can be canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for work already completed.
• Turnaround times vary depending on the type of request, project complexity, and current workload. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided before work begins.
